Set in the Biscuit Building in Shoreditch, this 21st was themed around the hosts two loves- skiing and surfing. With our dreamy staff dressed in their best retro ski jumpers, guests were offered enamel mugs filled with Moscow Mules and lots of prosecco to get everyone warmed up.
The Birthday boy wanted the space to resemble his favourite surf town in France, Hossegor. We got our table inspo from the cafés and bars in the area which are famous for their communal and relaxed style.
We created a menu to suit with guests sharing platters of grilled steak, rainbow salads and homemade guacamole, tomato salsa, sour cream and mini tabasco bottles. Ice boxes filled with ice creams and bespoke ice trays filled with toffee vodka- ensured the guests were transported to the alps and the sea.
With a live saxophonist and DJ after dinner, the guests danced until the early morning. Lettice were on hand to serve up some late-night bites and keep the bar stocked with our after dark cocktails.
