Lettice were delighted to return once again to the beautiful Weston Pavilion on the top floor of the stunning South Bank Centre to cater for one of our top corporate clients. With a number of VIP guests invited for a sit down dinner, we were asked to design a sophisticated summer menu and complementing wine list that would delight the taste-buds. With spectacular views overlooking the river and balmy summer skies, it was the perfect setting for our clients to entertain their guests.

Guests dined at one long table that ran the length of the huge floor to ceiling windows. We dressed the tables with beautiful summer stems from our friends at Lavender Green Flowers in a palette of soft pinks, deep reds and, our client’s favourite, rich purple. We complemented these with a clean grey back drop that really allowed the flowers to pop.
