Set in a stunning Grade 1 listed private residence in Suffolk, Lettice had the pleasure of catering this exclusive private dinner party.
Guests were chauffeured to the house and brought onto the poolside terrace where they were served Gusbourne sparkling wine. A live jazz band played while guests enjoyed a lovely summers evening and ate whole stuffed olives, lenge and grissini.
Later, the ballroom and saloon were opened for the dinner which was lit by coloured tapered candles in the family’s candelabras. Handmade linen tablecloths and bespoke glassware adorned the tables, Lettice sourced each element to complement the history and grandeur of the house and ensure it was a night to remember.
All ingredients were sourced from local producers in the area of East Anglia to ensure the food was delicious, sustainable and the highest quality.
