Set on a private estate in Suffolk, Lettice planned a colourful joint 21st birthday. As guests began to arrive, they were lead down a secret path where they were met with a glass of prosecco, bellinis, and ocean views.
When it came to dinner, Lettice created a delicious bespoke menu for the birthday girl and boy. From warm flatbreads with a variety of flavourful dips, refreshing summer salads, to a selection of skewers fresh off the barbeque, there was something for every guest.
After the cake and speeches, guests made their way to the rustic gin bar to pick up a botanical gin and tonic. The bar was constructed from a recycled beach jetty and barrels, creating the perfect rustic bar that tied in with the beach themes. When the DJ started to play, guests hit the dance floor and partied until the sun came up.
