  1. Analytics cookies

4.1   Analytics are persistent cookies that allow us to recognise, count the number of visitors, and provide anonymous data about how our visitors use our websites.

5.1   We use a persistent cookie to understand what device you are using and make sure the website is displayed correctly.

5.2   We use this in conjunction with the VID cookie to keep track of the logged in entity. It allows us to identify the secure zone where the entity is logged in.

5.3   A secure area is created for each candidate and we use the VID cookie to ensure candidates log into their correct secure area.

6.1    When visiting you may be aware of some cookies that are not related to Lettice. Examples of this can include content embedded into the website from YouTube or social sharing. Unlike first party cookies we do not control the setting of these cookies. For further information on the cookies, and instructions on how to manage them, please visit the third-party websites.   • We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website. Google Analytics gathers information about website use by means of cookies. The information gathered relating to our website is used to create reports about the use of our website. Google’s privacy policy is available at:
  • Google AdWords is used for Google paid advertising.
  • YouTube hosts video content which is embedded into some pages.
  • We use a CRM system, which houses all personal data. We use Salesforce for this.
  • We use an email service, which provides communications and data insights. The email service is Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
