Set atop a multi-story car park, Frank’s offers incredible views across London, a great selection of cocktails and small plates including Burnt Onion with curd & pomegranate and Smoked Aubergine with yoghurt & parsley. Frank’s is also home to Bold Tendencies, a non-profit commissioning art project who curate the large scale sculptures that populate the roof top.
